A potential within you to be realized.
Perhaps the only peace and joy in life lies in
the pursuit and development of this potential."

"We think much less than what we know,
We know much less than what we love,
We love much less than what there is,
and to this precise extent
we are much less then what we are."

all he knows and when he's through

But first he must have the knowledge."

Love will not be deterred."

"Love flows like a river:
always itself, yet ever changing,
recognising no obstacle."
L. Buscaglia

No matter where he is, it is always just the beginning."
L. Buscaglia

"Man's ability to learn will always be greater than
that of 'the old dog' and to compare them is to
degrade the very strenght that keeps
a dog a dog but make a man human.

"With practice you can learn to identify and
understand the forces which envelop your life.
When you comprehend them,
you can modify and maneuver them as you wish.
Or leave them as they are,
depending on how beautiful they are to you."
J. Powell

"The feeling that you are O.K. does not mean that
you have risen above all of your faults.
It simply means that you refuse to be limited by them."
J. Powell

Once you have committed yourself the big question is;
Are you going to be faithful because you want to
or because you have to?

As you read each abstract verse, please do not think to yourself,
"I wonder what the author meant by these words?"
People often think of poets and artist as having ulterior motives.
But this author assures his readers that these words written on these pages
have no more of an ulterior motive than the creator has when creating a butterfly or a rose.

so please either lead, follow or get out of the way.

It cannot be changed without changing our thinking."

It is not failure that causes depression,
but rather failure filtered through the belief that
one should be thoroughly competent, brilliant,
and achieving in all possible respects.

Nature may have given you a "Model T," but it's up to you to evolve yourself into a "sports car..."
... or even a "spaceship."

Break away from the gravity of your present situation and soar.

The mind/body connection is not unlike the computer/software connection.
Without software running through a PC in the form of electric impulses,
a PC would be nothing more than an odd looking collection of
metal, glass and plastics.  Likewise, without a CPU, a monitor and a keyboard
the electrical current would only exist as a sudden spark of energy without
the ability to continue past the moment of its' creation, doomed to
die the instant it is born.
Both are necessary for a useful existence.

There is no such thing as an easy life,
no mater what ones economic status is.
It is just as easy to find a contented poor person
as it is to find a discontented wealthy person.
The difference between a contented individual
and a discontented individual is as easy to see as
the difference between the words "I have to..." and "I choose to..."

Bad occurrence are not the worst things that can happen to you.
Nothing is the worst thing that can happen to you.

"It's bad enough to fail when we let go of what we believe,
but it's worse when the ideas we've been living by
turn out to be wrong. If a core idea has flaws,
you've got to stop everything in your life till you get it sorted out."
